Shipping Cost

We charge a flat shipping fee of $18 on all standard orders within the United States, regardless of order size or weight. Shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order, ensuring full pricing transparency. Any additional charges, such as express delivery, oversized items, or special handling, will be shown during checkout if applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of personal preference returns (such as change of mind, wrong size, or non-defective items). Shipping Coverage

Currently, Clutira ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Product Condition

All items are shipped brand new and undergo thorough quality inspection prior to dispatch. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for safe and timely delivery transfers to the shipping provider. Customers are advised to verify their shipping details carefully before confirming an order to prevent delays or misdelivery.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders cannot be guaranteed for delivery if the provided address is incorrect, incomplete, or unrecognizable by the carrier’s system. In the event a package is returned to clutira due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee. If an order is delivered to an address incorrectly entered by the customer, clutira cannot be held liable for the loss or misdelivery. Please double-check all address details, including apartment numbers, postal codes, and street information, before completing your order. If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@clutira.shop , address corrections can only be accepted before the shipment is processed. Once a package has been dispatched, delivery address changes are no longer guaranteed.

Address Modification

We understand that mistakes can happen, which is why address modifications are accepted within 12 hours of placing an order. To request an address change, please reach out promptly to our support team at info@clutira.shop with your order number and the correct shipping details. Once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage, modifications may not be possible. If a shipment is already dispatched, additional shipping fees or delivery delays may occur for re-routing or re-delivery. Clutira is not responsible for issues arising from delayed modification requests, so we encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@clutira.shop with your order number and reason for cancellation. If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return procedure instead.

Lost or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and the outer packaging to help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly. In the case of lost packages during transit, we will coordinate with the carrier to locate the shipment. If the item cannot be recovered, we may issue a replacement or refund, depending on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.
